The erection comes on from stimulation. So, as long as you’re not stimulated, after ejaculation, the erection should go down normally.

The same thing happens when you have sex and dont take any of the mentioned. If not and the erection continues then you should masturbate and try and get rid of it or you will find yourself in an emergency room with a needle stuck in your penis . This is a rare occasion but it does happen.
